Bid4job is a Services Marketplace. IT Employers / Buyers can find talent to do their projects or to fill part-time positions. We charge a low cost from Buyers. IT Employers / Buyers simply post the job as a project. Freelancers/Service Providers who wish to do the project place bids, indicating the asking price for completing the project. At the end of the bidding, Buyer can award the project to any Freelancers/Service Provider who bids for the project. Employers / Buyers are allowed to contact the Freelancers/Service Provider before awarding the project through Private Message or email (the email addresses of the Service Providers can be seen only by the Buyer).

Here is how Bid4job works for Freelancers/Service Providers :

• Search and Bid for projects that match your expertise (or skills)
• You will be intimated through email if you win the project
• The project will appear in your Bid Favourite (under MyProject)
• You can see the Buyer contact information by clicking on the project from project listing
• Contact the Buyer directly and decide on the work and payment schedules yourself - you are in control
• Complete the project and get paid directly (from the Buyer)
• Sell your services by maintain your skills
• Receive email notice about new project that match your skills
• Bookmark your favourite projects (Can bid the project later after consideration)

All services are Free for Buyers (through Basic plan). Here is how Bid4job works for Buyers :

• Post project and Service Providers will bid to do the work
• You can manage your project from My Projects
• See the contact information of Freelancers/Service Providers by clicking the project name
• Use the contact information to get clarifications and get in touch with Freelancers/Service Provider
• Award the project to one of the Freelancers/Service Providers after you have decided on a winner
• Work with the Service Provider directly and decide on the work and payment schedules yourself - you are in control
• Get the completed project and pay the Freelancer/Service Provider directly
• You must have at least an active job posted to enable freelancers search

No hidden costs are there. Once you have enough job posting quota in hand, you are welcome to post projects and get no obligation bids from Freelancers/Service Providers. You can even contact them before you decide the project winner. You can obtain job posting quantity by purchase it from the 'Buy job posting' at My Account.

First you have to register as a Buyer and purchase the Job Posting, after you have the available Job Posting quantity, you can post your project anytime. Each time you posted a project, the total available posting will be deducted.

Click the Post Project link from the top menu. Enter as much information as you can - please provide accurate information as this will allow the Freelancers/Service Providers to place correct bids. Click the Submit button. Thats all - you will start getting bids for project. You can monitor your project from My Projects -> Post Active.

You can contact the freelancers/service providers to get clarifications on the bids. We suggest you award the project through the system as this will be proof the project.

No, you are unable to search Freelancer from the system if you do not have an active job posting. You must have a least an active project for bids to allow you to search the freelancers. This is also to protect the freelancers information from non active Buyers.

After closed the project, buyer can select a best bidder and rate her/him and also leave a comment there.

You have to take care of all payments to the Freelancer/Service Provider. Bid4job.com.my is not responsible for the payments and the deliverables. You are advised to work out the details before the project starts with the Freelancer/Service Provider.

Browse the projects, click the project name, read the project details carefully, click on the Bid Now button, enter your bid details, confirm the bid. Thats it.

You will receive an email if you win the project. The project will also appear in your My Projects, Bid Awarded.

No. There is NO TRANSACTION FEE if you win a project. Our competitor sites charge about 10 to 15% of the project cost as transaction fee.

You can maintain you expertise/skills at My Home --> My Account --> My Skills. Any buyer who search the freelancers with the skills that match your expertise will be able to find you.

Buyers will contact you in two ways.

1. If bid for projects then your contact email (only Standard and Premium members) is available to the Buyer. Buyers are allowed to contact you to get clarifications before awarding the project.
2. Buyers can send private message to you and you will also able to reply through private message.

All payments will have to be handled directly with the Buyers. You are responsible for all payments that you receive and Bid4job is NOT responsible for any actual transactions that take place between you and the Buyer.
